I recently dealt with Libby in the Bournemouth branch. The service was nothing but amazing! From start to finish she was always on hand if I had a question, when she was waiting to hear back from the landlord she kept me updated even when she had no update just to ensure I didn’t feel forgotten about. She made me feel like a priority even when I know she probably had loads more clients to deal with. At no point did she make me feel like a burden by calling or emailing. She returned calls when she said she would, she responded quickly to emails as well. This is my second rental through this companies group and I will make sure when I move again they will be the first people I will look with. Thank you Libby and Amelia
