I’m very happy and pleased to leave this review. TESS is a remarkable individual and very professional with her work. I’ve had to look for a flat last minute due to work changes that is being made. Before accepting this offer from Tess ( Leaders) we already put in an offer for another flat and to say the least I was very disappointed lack of communication and very unprofessional. But Tess was exceptional she communicated with us and kept us updated each step of the way ,friendly personality and professional , we had some delays on my side with information needed and she was very understanding and patient as well as the landlord in our situation.
