The Leaders Letting Team in Crawley have supported me for over 8 years with the successful renting of a property in the area. In that time, they helped us identify Tenants, all of whom proved to be excellent and responsible in their treatment of the property. The Leaders team also ensured that we had near-continuous occupation at appropriate rental levels, based on their local market knowledge. During the tenancies, the Letting Team were very responsive to both me and the Tenants, dealing with any issues promptly and professionally. All tenancy related documentation was kept up to date and the Landlord Portal provided quick access to detailed monthly statements, rental agreements, as well as useful articles. At the beginning and end of each Tenancy, the Lettings Team carried out comprehensive Entry and Exit Inventories, which ensured clarity for both me and the Tenants. It's perhaps tempting to look at management charges for these services and consider doing all the above yourself, but from my perspective, in terms of peace of mind, reduced workload and ready access to a friendly and professional team, I've never questioned my decision to work with Leaders over the last 8 years and consider the fees to be money well spent. Finally, while I would compliment every team member I have worked with over the years, I would highlight Annabelle Crossman, who leads the team and who has always gone the extra mile in responding to my requests for help and advice and represented Leaders in an exemplary manner.
