I've been a tenant through Leaders for over 2 years now and I have to say, the whole team are great and extremely helpful with any issues I've had Especially with Eloise Panasiuk, there's been a couple of times I've had to call more than once regarding small matters and she's always happy to help. Eloise is also very kind and considerate whether it's a big issue or a small one I know when I call up Leaders, I'm not worried I'll get a grumpy person down the other end of the phone.

I have let my Fareham Flat through Leaders for the last 3 years. Throughout, the Property Management has been coordinated by Eloise Panasiuk, who has delivered a consistently efficient and comprehensive service. All matters have been addressed swiftly, tactfully and with due respect to the needs of both tenant and landlord. She has always achieved an optimally positive outcome for all. I am most grateful.
