We had such a positive experience selling our house with Leaders (Halstead). From start to finish, the team, including Nathaniel, Paige, and Tom, were professional, reliable, and proactive. They arranged regular viewings, always kept us updated with feedback, and sold our house in a really good timeframe. We had our home listed with two other agents, but Leaders were the only ones who brought viewings and ultimately an offer to the table. A special mention has to go to Tom, whose communication and support throughout the process was outstanding. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and made everything feel much less stressful and always went the extra mile. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can’t recommend Leaders in Halstead highly enough. This was supposed to be one of the most difficult processes to go through, especially given the pressure ahead of us in the chain, but leaders made this so much easier. I honestly can’t praise Leaders in Halstead enough! Out of all the estate agents based in Halstead that we enquired with, they were just incredible. The whole team—Tom, Nathaniel, and Paige were brilliant, but we have to give a special mention to Tom. Tom really went above and beyond to help with our sale. I used leaders to sell a property for me. Nathaniel was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. With a professional approach starting with a valuation, to full support and guided information throughout the whole process. It was a difficult long distance probate sale with multiple (difficult) parties involved and Nathaniel stayed in touch regularly, provided guidance as needed and was very helpful generally. They managed the entire process for us and I have been very happy with all aspects of the service provided. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
