The road was difficult to travel especially the portals, But the Long Eaton Leaders team were very supportive in helping us how to go through the process and filling the forms. We are both not computer literates but we were able to fill the forms. We still have problems in contacting our Manager by phone. The email is okay but there are times when we need to talk direct. If it is possible we be given her direct phone. The system on how to contact her, is so confusing we end up just leaving it without success. Can something be done about this.
