We moved in to the property at the end of October and was assigned Ffion Whittlesea as our property Manager. I feel Ffion has gone above and beyond for us. We have had some challenging situations but Ffion has dealt with every one head on and has been extremely fare. I feel she’s very professional and just seems to work round the clock. I have been renting with Leaders for over 11 years and have always had a good service. Sophie Conway the property manager has always been a pleasure to deal with, and has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond, even answering emails while on annual leave!
